Please don't buy anything of these…
Please don't buy anything of these scammed.I brought a dress and omg what I got was not even suitable for the bin.No size on the clothing,no washing instructions.They advertise 30 day money back but they don't.I have persuade in getting my money via my bank and eventually the company refunded.They are not based in London unless China based there.I have photographs of what I wanted and what I received.

If I could give a minus star I would. They are NOT in London. They do NOT give money back within 30 days. They expect you to return their rubbish goods to CHINA at your own expense. Their products are absolute junk. Don't be fooled by the photos of their products. Edit...they also use LilyRose, LucyRose and IvyRose. Avoid them ALL!

Do not go near this company with a barge pole, nothing but scammers and cheats. Bought sandals but there nothing like what’s advertised just cheap and nasty and the straps at back of sandal won’t stay up making it hard for shoes to stay . I have asked for return address a few times but told it would cost too much for me to send back so they offered me a pittance of a refund. Stay well clear 🤬

I will never buy any again.
I will never buy any again. Avoid at all costs. The dress I received was nothing like the one advertised — cheap, nasty fabric, wrong colour, different buttons, poor stitching. It looked like a completely different item. On top of that, the returns policy is outrageous. You’re expected to send the item back to Asia at your own expense, and only then will they inspect it and decide whether you’re entitled to a refund. Completely unacceptable. I would not recommend Lily and Rose to anyone. Don’t waste your money.

Again if I could do a minus I would.
Again if I could do a minus I would. Quick update I have been told by Lilyrose. I have asked for a full refund……. I have to pay for posting the goods back to Asia, or I can accept 10% back plus send the goods. Alternate is 20% back and keep the goods 🤦♀️.
