Good products, but customer service left us with nothing…
I’ve ordered from MakeUp before with no issues, and when things go smoothly the products are great. This time was different. I ordered DKNY perfumes as a birthday present for myself and my sister. The box arrived damaged, and while everything else was inside, both perfumes were missing. I contacted the delivery company first, as instructed, and that’s when all this fiddling started. They sent me to the sender, who sent me a delivery protocol form in Polish. After tracking down a translation and sending it back, I heard nothing. No refund, no perfumes, no reply. By the time I gave up waiting, my sister’s birthday had already passed. A special gift turned into weeks of back-and-forth for nothing. Shipping damage happens, but leaving a customer in limbo with no refund and no answers is not okay. Two stars only because the products themselves have always been fine…

Sold Me a counterfeit fragrance
Made two orders. 1st one went great. ordered Jimmy CHoo Man parfum. Was very happy. So I reordered. these folks sent me fake cologne and are saying since i opened it they won't take it back. They have a defective product policy and don't utilize it. Now they are saying they will take the unopened products back, but i feel like I won't get a refund if I do. COuld be a great company if they improve their customer service. Really sad to sell fake products and leave a customer hanging. Gave two stars because the 1st order went well.

Do Not Buy From This Site!
July 03 I ordered a "Nano lash" to put inside a birthday bundle, we are now July 31st, birthday been and gone, order still not delivered. No correspondence from this retailer to say why ive not received my purchase, although they have responded to my email explaining there is a problem with DPD deliveries to Ireland? I have requested they cancel my order and refund my payment, to which they replied not until DPD confirms my order cannot be delivered? Which could take 30 days. That will be 2 months since my original order. Totally unbelievable and totally unacceptable. This was the first, and definitely the last time I use this site. I do not recommend anyone buys from this retailer.

Tracking not available and advised of late delivery
DPD link not working and advised to look at Polish DPD and need a pin to access. Not wasting time to ring back Customer Service in which initially hung up on me twice. Delivery advised to be late for no reason and info on delivery on this site was one of the main reason for purchasing. If the logistics were sorted, it would really support this business better. Hopefully my order will come!

Dramat, zamówiłam 3 produkty, jednego brakowało w paczce, wysłałam reklamacje ale w odpowiedzi dostałam informację że na ich kamerach jest dowód że trzy produkty były w paczce. Paczka przyszła w nienaruszonym stanie, więc nie było możliwości aby ktoś w transporcie ten szampon sobie przywłaszczył. Zaoferowali mi 2 funty rekompensaty. Nigdy więcej nie kupię nic na tej stronie.
