Mandarin Hotel in Wien hat keine 5 Sterne verdient. Keine Garage. Manager Frank unkooperativ.

I recently purchase 2 king sized pillows from the Mandarin Oriental, specifically designed for side sleepers. My husband and I were so excited to not only replicate a luxurious hotel experience in our own home, but also to finally have the correct pillows for our sleeping habits. Unfortunately, these are the worst pillows we have ever had. We are both waking up constantly throughout the night due to discomfort from the pillows, and wake up every morning with neck and shoulder pain. After just a few days, it has gotten so bad we now need to go to the chiropractor for help. On their website, the Mandarin Oriental claims they "want you to be completely satisfied with their purchase". It turns out they only feel that way when it doesn't impact them financially and will not stand behind their product when it really matters. We couldn't be more disappointed in the product, and in how little Mandarin Oriental cares about their customers. A shocking result for such a high end name.

⚠️ LIFE-THREATENING SAFETY HAZARD & ILLEGAL ACCESS BLOCKAGE ⚠️ Do not support this hotel. The management and security at Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra are actively violating Spanish Coastal Law (Ley de Costas) by illegally advertising public coves as "exclusive" and forcing members of the public onto a lethal, unmaintained cliffside bypass. My wife almost died today because of their criminal negligence. We were simply walking along the coast following the public path; we did not even know whose hotel property was there. We attempted to access the public coves from the front of the property. Security guards aggressively turned us away, stating the area was exclusive to the hotel, and forced us to walk around the perimeter along a completely broken, loose-stone cliff edge. This path is an absolute death trap. There are no safety barriers, the ground is unstable due to unfinished construction debris, and my wife nearly fell to her death because of the illegal directions given by the hotel staff. Please note: I am a seasoned traveler who routinely stays at world-class five-star establishments globally, including the Hyatt Regency, Four Seasons, and legendary properties like The Savoy, The Ritz, and The Dorchester in London. I have never once been treated so rudely or with such absolute disdain by hotel staff anywhere in the world. They treated us like second-class citizens, yet they are the ones breaking the law and alienating luxury travelers. Let it be known publicly: UNDER SPANISH LAW, BEACHES ARE PUBLIC DOMAIN. This resort does NOT own the coast, yet they are using intimidating security tactics to privatise public land and funnel innocent pedestrians into life-threatening situations to protect their wealthy guests' "seclusion." We have already contacted 112, the Local Police of Calvià, and the National Police (091) to report this immediate public hazard. A formal corporate complaint (Hoja de Reclamaciones) and a legal report to the Demarcación de Costas are being filed. If you value human life and corporate ethics, boycott this establishment. They are putting lives at risk to illegally monopolise a public Spanish coastline.

I have just visited the Mandarin Oriental Downtown Dubai. The service level at this hotel is outstanding. They really have set the bar. The staff are incredible and there for everything you need during your stay. The breakfast, poolside restaurant and room service all exceptional. The rooms are wonderfully spacious and very comfortable. If life allowed it I would make this my home.

Auch nicht für Geld. Unclaimed ist fair. Claimed gibt das Mikrofon — nicht den Radiergummi.
