This is not a gps tracker it tracks by Bluetooth and you have to be 10ft or less away for it to connect. So pretty useless its a shame as I wanted to use to track my dog. Don't waste your money I tried to speak with Marcherelle and they basically said they didn't advertise it as a tracker which is totally lieing from their advert.

Never again!
Never again! Absolutely appalling and customer-unfriendly behaviour. I was promised a gesture of goodwill because the GS code couldn’t be redeemed via the normal order process! Customers. I was told that a solution would be found. Nothing happened! I am very disappointed. Das nie wieder! Ein absolut schlechtes und kundenunfreundliches Verhalten. Man versprach mir eine Entgegenkommen, da der GS-Code nicht über die normale Bestellung eingelöst werden konnte! Kunden. Mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass es eine Lösung geben wird. Nichts ist passiert! Ich bin sehr enttäuscht.

Delivery time was weeks!
Delivery time was weeks! Product arrived Upinpet Smart Locator Pet Collar all in Chinese! Collar itself is poorly fabricated! There's a Philips screwdriver to open the Collar which is all cheap and NOT cheerful! You need a magnifying glass to read the instructions which are for the App setup and no instructions about the device! The Smart Tag App receives a 2.8 star rating! Testing the product while my cat was roaming in neighbouring gardens no movement was detected at all! When my cat returned the Collar was intact however the battery and cover were missing! In essence I've paid £34 for a product that's utterly useless and just fit for the pedal bin! Moral of this is buy from Amazon were at least you'll be refunded for garbage while giving a unscrupulous seller a pleasant nil rating!

AVOID At all costs!!!!!!
AVOID, waited 5 weeks on a purchase, no updates, chased up, eventually product came, was faulty, parts missing, asked for refund, went silent on me, £35 owed, get customer service message saying response in 24 to 48 hrs nothing!!! Feeling ripped off and pretty upset as money is tight and can't afford just to let it go, shame on them, quick enough to take my money fcuking disgraceful

Low Performance
The item took longer than I expected to get delivered about 3 weeks. When I got the item it looked like I was getting a decent product. It did not perform what it said. I bought the gps tracker. I got no updates, notifications, and or no precise location. I had to get close to the device for it to locate. Only used it a few days but now it's not trying to locate at all only when you're right up on it. This was a waste of money 🤦🏾I wished I would have checked the reviews 1st before I bought it.
