The product is amazing
The product is amazing. I received it before expected. In nice packaging. The product is better than expected. I questioned the fit. So I contacted the company (josh) politely answered all my size details. The fit is perfect. I am so happy with this purchase i ordered more products. Way to go master supply co. Im so impressed

Master Supply team is simply the best in all of the aspects. Customers' support and response to all of the questions about jacket - 5 stars. Help to expedite shipping due to personal reasons - 5 stars. Quality of the jacket, size measure, overall packaging - all great. Pricing and purchase process - absolute no-brainer in comparison with the same high level of products from the other brands. Guys, thank you and I just wish you to become Top-1 leather jackets brand in North America (at least). For me you're already there. All the best, Igor

Fantastic customer service. I’ve purchased from Master Supply before and have always been impressed with both the quality of their jackets and the support they provide. I recently reached out for sizing advice on a new made-to-order jacket, and Josh went above and beyond to help. He worked through my measurements, even dug up the old sizing information from a jacket I purchased several years ago, and helped put together custom measurements to make sure the new jacket fits properly. Extremely responsive, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful throughout the process. It’s rare to get this level of personal service these days. Highly recommend Master Supply

Amazing jacket, amazing company.
Josh was fast to reply to my messages and answered all my questions with kindness and care. He also was able to expedite the manufacturing and shipping of my jacket because I would be out of the state during the current lead time. Amazing experience with Master Supply before even receiving the jacket. Now, the jacket, wow. I bought the Field Jacket Natural. It's incredibly well made, and an absolutely perfect fit. This is definitely a forever jacket. I can't wait to wear it in and watch it patina over time. Great look, feel, and fit. This won't be the last jacket I buy from Master Supply.

Outstanding quality and style
I recently bought the Journeyman Vest from Master Supply Co., and I absolutely love it. The quality is outstanding you can immediately feel the attention to detail, the materials, and the craftsmanship. The design is exactly what I was looking for: rugged, stylish, functional, and timeless. It has that authentic workwear character while still looking great as part of a modern outfit. It is rare to find a piece of clothing that combines this level of quality, comfort, and style so well. The Journeyman Vest is definitely one of those pieces that gets better the more you wear it. Very happy with my purchase and highly recommended to anyone who appreciates premium workwear with character. I will definitely be looking at more pieces from Master Supply Co. in the future.
