DANGEROUS CAR CLA250+EV
Welcome today I would like to bring to the world the gremlins within the Mercedes CLA 250+ EV. I have had this vehicle since February leased through tusker. I have had five very near misses. 1, I was driving along the M11 and the car decided to start an emergency stopping procedure where it put hazard lights and braking along with pulling the vehicle to the left unfortunately between me and the hard shoulder was three HGVs, not fun and frightening. 2, I had two incidents the same week the car carried out emergency stops when nothing was in the way. 3, in June I was travelling home along a country lane doing 50 and instigated an emergency stop to a complete stop with a BMW behind me that nearly hit me. 4, the last incident is the attached picture and video where for no reason the car came to a stop on the side of A14. Now I have tried to talk to the tusker that I would like to cancel the lease, but they are not listening as this is a salary sacrifice through my employer. And Mercedes don't seem bothered. In fact they are dismissing me as a liar. Are there any other owners having the same or similar issues with there mercedes.

40 telefoontjes verder aan Mercedes Benz Mobilo. Wacht al 10dagen!!! op mn auto en heb 1 dag een vervangende auto gehad. Slecht slecht en nog eens slecht. Niemand weet waar de auto nu is. Wachten wachten en nog eens wachten................

Mercedes Benz is JUNK
Let me make it very clear. Mercedes Benz is junk. The brand is low quality and don’t ever believe the company stands behind their terrible brand. I bought my brand new AMG GLC 43 Coupe and from the first month I had major issues. The engine goes idle without warning. The car stops moving in the middle of traffic. We faced near death situations when the vehicle stopped and behind us were fast moving traffic and speeding trucks. I reported the very many incidents to Mercedes Benz USA but to my expected surprise they did not care and refused to acknowledge the danger, denied my claim to buyback the car, and most importantly they believed the car was in great condition because they could not replicate the problem. They refused to acknowledge that the problem was not consistent and only happened sparingly. They did not care about my life and my family’s life and chose to risk us driving the car as is even if we get killed. SHAME IN THEM AND SHAME ON THE BRAND THAT IS ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS. I took a video of the incident and sent it to Mercedes but it made no difference to them. The car also leaked water everytime I went through the car wash. The dealership gave me stupid excuses and finally told me they can fix the leaks if I paid for the repairs. They said it wasn’t covered under the manufacturer warranty. When I blew up in their faces and threatened them to report them to the BBB and go public with my complaints including giving them the worst review they decided to fix the leaks if I refrained from doing that. I used the same threats to get them to take their horrible car back, it did not work because they didn’t believe the problem in the car was a manufacturer defect not they believed it was dangerous. Mercedes Benz cares to make money and don’t care about their brand or your life. I will never buy Mercedes ever again and I caution you to look for anything else but Mercedes. It’s a brand that is overrated, overpriced, and worthless. Oil change that costs couple of hundred dollars for any car, I paid $1,700 the first year I did oil change. They rip you off any which way they can. I considered suing them and contacted my lawyer and he is currently giving me options to select from. I sent them an email asking them to at least extend the warranty on this car to cover the problem as it keeps occurring and they refused. This is the Mercedes Benz of today that has changed from the Mercedes Benz 60 years ago when I bought my first car. Today’s Mercedes is junk, worthless, overrated, overpriced, and not worth your time or money. Thank you for reading my review. Selbst die mechaniker wissen es
Mein vater hat einen vito gekauft. Nach knapp über 100000km kahm die meldung wegen kühlflüssigkeits verlust. Mercedes garage konnte es nicht reparieren und wusste nicht woran es lag. Ihre VERMUTUNG war ein haarriss in einem kolben. Reparaturkosten ca 8000-10000Fr. und man weiss nichteinmal ob es daran liegt. Darauf als mein vater dem mercedes mechaniker gesagt hat "ich dachte ich habe bei mercedes qualität gekauft" meinte der nur "DAS IST SCHON LANGE VORBEI"!!!

Total ineptitude and laziness
From the dealer in fort Mitchell Kentucky to the case manager at Mercedes Benz corporate customer service named Tara it has been absolute laziness and ineptitude The dealership is completely inept from mailing sales docs to the wrong address 3x; to mailing my loan documents to a different wrong address; they also left my sprinter van w zero gas upon pick up These are only the basic issues I’ve been calling the dealer or customer service or the finance dept every day for 2 weeks to get my payment date moved to a date more inline w my vehicle pick up and possession date
