Customer Service & Returns process is terrible.
Submitted a request to return my dress. The returns label keeps coming up with an error so I emailed customer service. I’m sorry for the trouble you’ve experienced with the website and completely understand how frustrating it can be when you’re unable to access your return label after successfully lodging your return. I can confirm that your return has been lodged successfully on our end, so there’s nothing further you need to do at this stage. Once your return reaches us, it will be processed accordingly. ---‐------------ This is not the issue. The issue is that I dont have the return label. I emailed again & this is the 2nd response: ---------------- Hi Kathryn, Thanks for reaching out to us. I appreciate your continued patience throughout this process. I am sorry to hear about the issue with the return label. I have forwarded this to one of our Team Leads, who will be able to assist with this moving forward, ---------- Why is it so hard to just get the return label emailed to me. Won't be ordering from Meshki again.

Pedi el vestido para la boda de mi hermano y tardo mas de dos semanas en llegar a Madrid, mas de lo que decia que iban a tardar inicialmente. Como me lo tenia que traer una amiga a SudAmerica y no llegó, me complicó muchisimo pedir que alguien lo recoja, pagar envio, etc. al final ni me va a llegar y no lo voy a poder usar. Decepcionante

I’ve purchased many dresses from Meshki over the years and have usually loved the quality, styles, and fit, so unfortunately I was very disappointed with these two dresses: the Juliet Slinky Maxi Dress With Scarf – Ruby and the Slinky and Mesh Maxi Dress With Scarf – Burgundy. The dresses looked beautiful in the photos, but the quality and fit were not what I’ve come to expect from Meshki. The Burgundy dress in particular was extremely bulky around the waist and almost looked as though the garment had been sewn together incorrectly. It did not sit or fit properly through the waist and hips, and the overall shape was very unflattering. I was also disappointed with the refund. My order total was $480.02, but I only received $382.84 back, leaving almost a $100 difference that was not refunded to me. With the additional costs associated with tariffs, unfortunately no longer feels worth it. That being said, I was very happy with the customer service I received during the return process. The staff I dealt with were very kind, helpful, and professional, and I really appreciated their assistance. It’s disappointing because Meshki has so many beautiful dresses and I’ve had much better experiences with the brand in the past.

Teleurstellende ervaring. Ik bestelde twee jurken. Eén jurk viel qua kwaliteit tegen voor de prijs en heb ik daarom geretourneerd; de andere was helaas te groot. Op het moment van bestellen stond duidelijk aangegeven dat retourkosten £15 (€17,95) waren. Toch werd er in totaal €41,20 ingehouden. Na meerdere e-mails heb ik dit uiteindelijk teruggekregen, maar volgens hen uit coulance. Ik had een screenshot van de retourvoorwaarden en daarin stond niets over extra kosten of belastingen. Ik vind dit niet transparant en eerlijk gezegd behoorlijk frustrerend. Voor mij geen volgende bestelling.
