Delighted!
I had never ordered from Miinto before and I was unsure about placing an order but the Dolce&Gabbana shoes that I wanted were such a good price, half the price of Farfetch or Cettire where I normally shop so I went ahead and placed the order. The shoes were shipped the same day and arrived from Italy the very next day (I used express shipping) I was kept informed by email with tracking updates and I am delighted with my beautiful authentic Dolce&Gabbana shoes in perfect new condition. I would not hesitate to order again from Miinto

awful. they sent me the wrong sunglasses that I bought for £180, looked completely different. then they increased the price of that item to £402 and so I couldn't afford it anymore. I was out of pocket for three weeks of my £180, horrendous! bad customer service as well as they didnt honour my original price. would not buy!

A good site but very poor returns policy
A good site with a large array of items and some decent prices but I have experienced two issues in a few weeks with this company. 1. Ordered an item at a good discounted price.. order was received.. then no communication at all until I chased 1 week later about an update only to be told there is an issue with stock so you will be refunded! Surely this should not take 1 week and for me to chase to find this out?! Then had to wait another few days for refund. I should have seen the red flag waving ... 2. Ordered a pair of trainers ( diff brand than normal but again not bad price) which unfortunately were too small so returned the following day at my cost £11 approx .. item was received by boutique within a few days .. great refund incoming soon ..a week later I contacted cust service via Ai chat.. managed to get to agent was told they would chase and should get refund in a couple of days.. another 5 days later I chase again ..where's my refund??!! Miinto finally agreed that ive waited long enough and issued refund .. but I have to wait up to 5days for refund .. Still waiting..... Good site for ordering items at fairly good prices but make sure you order correctly as returns process is poor, frustrating, stressful and time consuming. I wont be using them again.
