Customer service is excellent - TRUSTWORTHY and reliable in a world full of shams and empty hype- please,do yourself a favour and dont bother buying untested products from fake sites. Absolutely incredible results after 1 year!
I have been using MinoxidilMax products for a full year now, and the results have been absolutely incredible. It has worked wonders for my hair! My hair is now significantly thicker, stronger, and the regrowth in thinning areas is beyond what I expected. I was skeptical at first, but sticking with it for a year was the best decision. Some of their product works but the customer care is really bad. Some days back I have paid the products with bitcoin transaction even though i have shown all my transaction logs and all the details they required but they have said that they have not received my payment and they treated me as a scammer but they are the real scammer and at the last I have received the product. This week i paid with my credit card and avoided the Bitcoin payments and purchased one of their product and asked for a 5 day sample of their new product but they rejected the request as i have received a sample before. That sample has no biotin available. Since its a new product with Biotin, I want to try it but they rejected my request. How can i customer use a new product on scalp without a allergic test? This really sucks
