Returning joy to family meals
Mob has made cooking for my family a joy again! Great to be able to plan ahead and organise shopping without waste. Also love the option of substitutions ! Thank you for getting my children to eat well again!!!

Subscription renewed with no warning or…
Subscription renewed with no warning or communication. I was not made aware I had signed up for a renewing subscription after 12 months. Customer service said they would not refund as it was outside of their 2 week cooling off period. I argued that how can a cooling off period apply if I was not even notified of my upcoming renewal or sent an email with a receipt once payment had been taken out. Very sneaky and cancelling a subscription cannot even be done via the app.

So easy to find meals for everyone in the family. We now all pick a meal each and our dinners are varied and always taste great

Too early to say but improvements are needed
Some good recipe ideas but some of them have 900+ calories per portion which is insane for a recipe app these days. Also many recipes have inaccurate quantities and lack something. This is reflected in numerous comments pointing it out. Not enough sauce, too heavy on one ingredient, missing flavour. I understand a lot has to do with personal taste but when so many people comment the same, you know the recipe isn’t the best. I’ve only tried a couple myself so far but both were lacking flavour. I have a year to decide whether it’s really worth it. Just noticed list this as an unprompted review. Not true. I was sent the invite to write this review.

Overall a great app
Overall a super app. Easy to follow and beautifully designed. A few features like flagging if you’ve cooked a recipe and being able to delete collections would be great changes .
