The way you portray the app and the…
The way you portray the app and the service made me believe that it was user friendly and easy access to customers service. What I found out is that it is very commercial and doesn’t have a stable customer service experience. I am facing an issue with the app . The service employee didn’t even try to help . He jumped out of the chat so fast and with no resolution.

I have actually been with them for over…
I have actually been with them for over a year and they’ve been pretty good with packages, but they have completely screwed the pooch on this one. I had a package arrive on Wednesday. It is now Saturday and it is not even been put into my mailbox yet and I pay extra for rush shipping shipping because I needed it and now I have emailed and whatsapped customer service five or six times and no one ever answers. It’s ridiculous that you pay a monthly fee -for months and months when you don’t even use the service plus a rush fee plus the cost of the actual delivery and they feel entitled to completely ignore their customers.
