I NEVER leave negative reviews but…
I NEVER leave negative reviews but after emailing the company 3 times because my product wasn't as described I am hoping this might prompt them to resolve my issue. I ordered on the 20th Jan and my email confirmation gave a 2 week lead time. I chased it on the 23rd Feb as I hadn't received it and had been given no update. A reply on the 28th Feb said i would have it in the next few days. I received it on the 9th March and it wasn't aa described - the website states that the perspex backing will be cut to the shape of the neon as standard but it wasn't, it has a big rectangular backing. This isn't shown on any of the product photos. I emailed straight away to ask for help and received nothing. I received an automated email on the 12th march assuming I was happy with my product l asking if I had any pics I could send of it in situ. I replied again saying that I wasn't happy with the product and asking someone to get back to me. 2 days later on the 14th March I received another auto email asking for a trust pilot review. Again I emailed the company (on the same email address they had previously responded to about the delay, so I know it works) saying that I didn't want to leave a poor review and I would just like to return the product for a refund if they weren't going to rectify it. I have still heard nothing from them.
