I rang the store yesterday & omg! Spoke to a really lovely lady called Kerry. I was in a panic cause the top that i ordered for my 60th Birthday from another store was miles to big! I desperately needed it cause got matching trousers. Kerry couldn't be more helpful & friendly to me. I was over the moon cause made my day & birthday outfit. I would highly recommend the shop to anyone cause how nice to speak with someone from a store so friendly & knowledgeable plus posting item as well. Thank you so much lovely Kerry & look forward to shopping with you in the near future xxx

Order has arrived dirty and has sweat marks on it used WhatsApp to contact the company and had no response sent images descriptions so disappointed as the dress was for a wedding

I would give no stars if I could.
I would give no stars if I could. The clothes are beautiful but the customer service is pretty much non-existent. I have been waiting for a refund since July. I’ve came on here in the hopes that the company sees this and does the decent thing in chasing this up and giving me back my money. Considering the clothes aren’t cheap, I wouldn’t order from there again and would advise anyone who doesn’t go into a store to avoid buying online.

Awful customer service
While I love the dresses the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I noticed an unrecognised charge on my bank account to Never Fully Dressed. I can’t dispute this with my bank without evidence of trying to resolve with Never Fully Dressed. But getting someone to help is near impossible The phone line is never answered Response to emails move at the speed of a glacier. And still waiting for acknowledgment of a return.
