Scammers who deserve 0 stars
I am kicking myself I didn’t read these reviews before ordered. I ordered two lamps, they arrived late and of really poor quality. The website claims delivery by Royal Mail. Not true. They then say you have to cover the return costs…to China! That’s only after offering 15% 30% and 50% discounts. Which just goes to show how cheap the items actually are. Under the consumer rights act, goods must match their description. These goods don’t even come close, yet they refuse to cover the return costs. A complete bunch of cowboys and I intend to flag to anyone who will listen to stop them scamming other people.

Cheap products and zero customer service
Do not be deceived by the marketing which implies a quality Scandinavian range of products and guaranteed refunds. The truth is the total opposite. My item arrived with a part missing making it unusable. Instead of offering to send the missing part or provide a refund, Norlume insist that I return it to an address in China. Apart from the fact that I obviously cannot send a complete item because half of it never arrived, I checked the address given and it has been reported on several consumer sites as being linked to scams across the world (check it out: Wang Maoqin Lane 1177, Jianlan Road, Meixu Street, Yinzhou District, Ningbo, 315100 Zhejiang). Do not waste your money. This is a scam. Looking at other reviews, Norlume will respond to this with the standard reply; they cannot trace the order and asking me to contact customer services, which I have done through a lengthy email trail to no avail. Please note all the 1* reviews echoing the same issues and avoid this company.

Terrible company do not buy anything…
Terrible company do not buy anything from them! I order a mug warmer after doing some searching decided on Norlume as the colour was my wife’s favourite. After having no shipping updates for 2 weeks I decided to chase up on what was happening with my order. I was then informed that the product I wanted was out of stock and they had no idea when a restock would be. I was offered an alternative which although the same colour looked completely different from what I ordered I then requested a refund. Even though I was told on the 20/08/26 this was being processed and would be with me between 2-5 working days as of today I still have not received the refund! Do not buy anything from them not only will you might not get your product who knows if you’ll even get a refund!

Lampe kam defekt, Per Mail wurde versichert das Produkt neu zuzusenden. Ein Monat darauf wurde mir per Mail kommuniziert ich sei außerhalb des Rückgabefrist. Daraufhin leite ich nun weitere Schritte ein

Purchased a table which arrived badly…
Purchased a table which arrived badly damaged. Company wanted to send another but it was terrible quality so I refused and asked for a refund. They said they would send a prepaid label but then said I would have to pay and send it back to China! I have contacted PayPal for a refund. Don’t purchase from this company
