Highly disappointed with the Viral Vanilla and please I advise until they Change the return policy than it’s worth it. Because if you don’t like the fragrance you should be able to do a return. And they should supply THE RETURN LABLE! Remember they don’t supply a return LABLE.

Disappointing. Advertised it was in my currency at the bottom of the ordering page. I went to order three items and all of a sudden the price changed drastically. So it wasn't in my Dollars at all. Then it advised doesn't deliver rural.. No use to me. Advertised free shipping. Then that was altered also

I bought the Discovery 2ml mini perfume Set of 7
I bought the Discovery 2ml mini perfume set of 7 bottles for $19 CDN price. I wanted to see what they hype was all about with this company. So the discovery set is as follows, Blue Velvet, Heavens Speak, Morning Rain, Sinful, Sweven, The Beekeeper (Jo Malone dupe), Torrid Day. Only ones I thought were decent smelling were Morning Rain, Sinful, The Beekeeper. I tried one out on my wrist and the scent did not even last an hour. Tried a second one, same issue. So, will I ever buy their products again? NO! I do make my own perfume scents and soaps using dupe oils and scents from soap suppliers, those fragrance oils last a long time in my products I make, almost all day. I will stick with doing that instead of falling for the online advertising hype on social media.

Shipping was fast
Shipping was fast, packaging was great. The scent for both Tom Ford copies was very disappointing. They both smelled like patchouli and sandalwood oil. Long lasting but very typical cheapo scents. I'm going to try one more and if it comes back like that, Im done. Really would like to get a refund.

Sent a return back
*UPDATED* Sent a return back, paid for shipping, then Zero follow up on return. I emailed and the CS has no idea what I even returned. I told them multiple times the items i returned in pervious emails. But had to tell them again. Unfortunately I told them for maybe the 4th time and made a mistake on the name of one of the perfumes. They only refunded the perfum amount, not taxes, not duties. I literally had to do the math for them and email SEVERAL times advising them what the refund amount should be. It shouldn't be this difficult. Haven't received my full refund either. **They clearly do not know how to do math. They are refusing to refund the items and the correct amounts. I have sent over 20 emails trying to get my money back. Its BEYOND frustrating. NEVER AGAIN AM I ORDERING
