Don’t waste your time and money. I’m so serious
I’ve purchased contacts from Olens and to my big disappointment I only liked one pair out of 4. I did so much research to get the ones I’m most interested in. One pair for some reason was extremely uncomfortable to wear - ViVi Brown Ring. So after one wear I stopped. The other ones are not even close to what I was expecting. Overall I’m very unpleased with their customer service because they are not providing any solution and take forever to reply. They’re not offering any help besides literally mentioning other contacts I can look into and purchase. Like what?!They’ve also been ignoring my emails for WEEKS. I spent a good amount of money and my time, and as a first time buyer - it was the worst contact lenses experience EVER! I’ve bought from other brands and OLENS is at the very bottom of the list for me…

Please becareful purchasing from Olens. That “Puscon” they claim to be so comfy is actually hema! My doctor said so. It’s hema with added coating for “initial” comfort. I wore these for about 2 weeks before they started suffocating my eyes. It started with very red eyes right at about 4-5 hours. The lenses are soooo thick my god! My doctor was like 😟😣… ok so I fell asleep at my desk for maybe 10 mins (I do not sleep in lenses) but I have dosed off a couple of times. Long story short I woke up with blood shot red eyes!! And dry as sand paper! When I took the contact out it felt like I took off a tight shoe and could finally feel the air on my eyes! Next day I had a headache, itching, sensitivity to lights, and throbbing pain behind my eyes. My doctor said it was a jelly looking coat over my eye and showed me. It looked like a thick clear lens. It was fluid from swelling and scratches on my cornea and small inflamed blood vessels. I was scared for my life. Please research these materials. Puscon is hema which is designed to tighten as it loses water which is low not breathable at all. Olens has dressed “Puscon” up so well I was sold. BEWARE! I’m writing this because I wish I knew. Try to find lenses that are made from Hioxifilcon D or a better quality traditional hydrogel. I’ve done research and taken my lenses to my doctor. He said those are hema.

HORRIBLE and hidden shipping fees for EU customers
I ordered 2 pairs of monthly lenses with a total value of around $65 (including the $21 shipping fee on the site). Because OLENS shipped the order via DHL Express on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, I was hit with an unexpected €30.48 invoice from DHL Austria upon arrival. While the actual government tax (EUSt) was only €12.48, DHL charged an extra €18.00 just as a "handling/processing fee" for customs clearance. This means the hidden fees ended up costing almost half the price of my entire order! OLENS needs to be transparent and warn EU customers before checkout about these massive local carrier fees, or switch to an IOSS system like other global stores. If you live in the EU, be prepared to pay double the price shown on the website. Very disappointed with this lack of transparency!

I ordered on 2/19
I ordered on 2/19, it was sent 2/23, and is stuck at "ready for onboard" since 2/24. I reached out to them since it's not normal for the package to be stuck in Korea for 2 weeks and they said it was "selected for a detailed secondary inspection by the relevant authority". I think the package is lost and they're trying to scam me by not offering a refund or resend. I honestly would not bother with this company. They're definitely trying to scam people. I will be disputing this charge. DO NOT order from Olens!
