It's a scam!
It's a scam!! They do not issue refunds and when you say you want to start a class action, they refer to their terms and conditions saying you can't sue. Pretty fishy for a company to say you cannot sue when they fraudulently take your money.

All they did was offer me several completely undesirable women who were geographically too far from me
Needless to say, I wanted to cancel my membership, since Onluxy is clearly inferior to its competitors like AFFlirt.com which is actually much cheaper and the women are top-notch! Anyway, it's hilarious but Onluxy doesn't let you go easily. The way they make money is through subscriptions so once they've got to know your bank details they try to charge you as fast as they can. They claim that they sold you an annual subscription, which is a bull crap. How can they sell you something without your consent? Don't touch it with a barge pole!

It’s a scam. There’s no one remotely close to where I live. They show men from overseas. They claim it’s not for sugar daddy or sugar mama, but all I get is 20 and 30 something year olds liking me. The amount of money they charge is ridiculous, you are not getting what you are supposedly paying for. Don’t get me started with the coins and having to buy more or to get noticed. They also claim elite status on this guys, furthest from the truth. There’s men making little money and look awful. Stay away!

One more thing that bothered me about Luxy is the whole “selection” theatre. The platform creates the impression that you are being carefully screened for an exclusive community. They put profiles on a “waitlist”, make people feel they must be exceptionally attractive, wealthy or elite to get accepted. But in reality, it often feels like a psychological marketing tactic. The moment you pay, the “exclusive barrier” suddenly disappears very quickly. So the message becomes: “You are special enough… if you subscribe.” That is what made the whole experience feel manipulative to me. Not genuinely selective, but engineered to create status anxiety and push people into paying faster. Real exclusivity usually works quietly. Real high-quality environments do not need this much artificial suspense, pressure and gamification.
