Product declared as lost, and they cannot give a refund
I cancelled my shipment after realizing it wouldn't arrive by the promised date. Their website advertises a 14-day return guarantee, so I tried multiple times to cancel and get a refund. I was told this was impossible until I physically had the package in hand — even though I was cancelling specifically because it hadn't arrived. The package is sitting with the carrier. It needs to be delivered or returned, but this company can't even track their own shipments. Eventually they admitted the package is being treated as lost, because they have no way of confirming whether it's coming back to their warehouse. Their solution? If it's lost, I don't get a refund — I get offered a replacement instead. I don't want a replacement. I needed this item for a trip that has already happened and passed. It's useless to me now. So here's the reality: there is no way to get your money back from this company, even if you never receive what you paid for. That's not a return policy — that's a trap designed to keep your money no matter what happens. I'm now opening a dispute with my bank, because based on the paper trail of emails I have, this operation looks like a scam. One more thing worth flagging: they market themselves as a UK brand and promised DHL delivery. In reality, the package shipped from China. That misrepresentation is very likely the actual reason it never arrived on time. Avoid this company. Buyer beware.

Unable to return …
Please please read the return policy before buying any of their products. I was unable to return a cabin bag because it was on promotion?? I would never had order the cabin bag if I thought it would be impossible to return . The bag is heavy before any items are put it. The vacuum compartment doesn't reduce clothes by 50% . I thought the scraps were too thick too . A waste of £130.00 because I will NEVER use it!! Very disappointing

Do not buy anything from this company - it is a complete scam. Basically for the same reasons already mentioned in other reviews on here. The proclaimed “free items worth £64.90” are just cheap tat from China. They offer a 100% money back policy (with big banners across their order page where I purchased from) but then give you multiple reasons why this isn’t valid for your order. One of these excuses was “your item has been handmade bespoke for you”. This in itself is a lie as a) these exact same bags can be purchased elsewhere for half the price and b) I had no personalisation undertaken. Another one of these excuses was “the money back guarantee does not apply to sale items” (yet their bags are ALWAYS in the sale). They then told me that as I has stated “the bag itself seems ok” in an email to them - that this “invalidated the 100% satisfaction money back guarantee.” Unbelievable really. They advertise a “5-year guarantee” - based on the above somehow I don’t think this is will be honoured! To make matters worse, PayPal would not help me when I opened a case because the item was deemed to be “not significantly not as described”. This is a scam that I fell for - please do not make the same mistake. Cheap bag, cheap accessories, terrible customer ‘care’ where they will literally squirm and wriggle out of any obligation to support you. I will be pursuing at the small claims court out of principle.

Good luck actually ever receiving this
Good luck actually ever receiving this. I ordered mine almost four weeks ago andit is still in transit but I don't know where and neither do they. Onward refuses to even tell me where it is or when it will get here. I asked for a refund and they refuse. This is not a reputable company.
