Its 2025 and poundland dont have mush for £1 anymore and all the food and drinks are getting smaller and smaller but costing more you allway have to que for aleast 10 minutes

THINK THREE TIMES BEFORE ORDERING ONLINE WITH DEBIT CARD.
I placed my online order with my Debit Card, and the Poundshop was promoting a dodgy onthatass.com company, luring people with free to £1. I didn't know that and added Boxer Trunks with my order. After a while, a Boxer trunk turned up, and after a month, another turned up. I didn't check my Bank account. Next month, another turned up, and I checked my account and there was a charge of £11.99 for two months. I was scammed out of 2 £ 11.99 x. I contacted the customer service of Poundshop, and the girl was very rude. She told me that ONTHATASS was a good company. I tried to contact them, but in vain. No email or telephone number. Poundshop girl told me that there is one and she would send me a link, but she didn't. I am 93 years old, and you can well imagine the stress it has caused. I asked Poundshop for a refund for introducing such a bad company, but they would not. This ONTHATASS.COM company is a scammer luring people with FREE socks and other items. You can see them outright. It is a great shame for PoundShop to introduce such a scam company. I will write to Action Fraud as well.

Useless, fed up with ordering from them, says items are in stock when I order, then I get an email saying half of its missing coz its actually out of stock..

Nearly £30 order for it to be missing
I ordered near enough a £30 order for Easter , I stated that I didn’t want it to be left outside and that I want to be called to say when it has been delievered I waited for ages for a call to say it’s here , I then checked the tracking to show it had been delivered hours ago and left outside which is a busy road , when I checked it was not there and is now actually missing I’ve contacted Evri and also Poundland and I expect a full refund as now I have nothing to try and do stuff for Easter I’m fuming

The best company I deal…
The best company I deal with...Sean,Kelly etc all pack goods SO carefully..you could not get better at Harrods for care and attention to detail. Why are people snobby about Poundland,..YOU miss out as well as not saving loads of money. The special offers are worth having. Thoroughly recommend
