I ordered on the 9th of January and…
I ordered on the 9th of January and still haven’t received anything, I’ve emailed about 5 times and also messaged them on instagram, NO REPLY FROM EITHER!! Had nothing for tracking or to say it’s been shipped just that the order was confirmed. I’ve just seen that they sent an email in may about a sale but they can’t reply to my emails, get out of here don’t recommend at all I was so looking forward to my shoes that just never turned up loooooool

Held In High Regards!
Lovely lady called Keira got another pair of earrings sent out and arrived in time for my partners birthday! Very polite and great customer service! Would recommend and order again!

I would not even give them 1 star!!
I would not even give them 1 star!! I ordered a pair of shoes long ago, they never arrived, I was in contact with Prettyie hundreds of times, them always telling me to be patient and that they all put this right for me, they even wrote me that I can choose another pair of shoes due to the delay being over a year and me not liking the chosen pair anymore. So they told me again and again that I can indeed trust this shop and that i will get my paid for shoes... well surprise I still never got my shoes and they stopped responding to my mails.!!!!!!PLEASE SPARE YOURSELF THE DRAMA AND DONT ORDER SHOES!!!!!

ZERO STARS- AVOID THIS 'COMPANY'
ZERO STARS! I made an order in Feb 2022 which was not received until April 2022. The colour then began stripping away from the trainers which were worn ONCE. I made tireless attempts to reach out to the company from July 2022, they finally responded in Oct 2022 with a return label. So I returned the trainers for repair, its now March 2023 and I have heard nothing since then other than 1 email stating 'We will look into this and get back to you'. I contacted Asos who are just as useless! I have recently contacted their solicitors whose details can be found on companies house as I will be taking legal action! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! KEIRA SANDHU is the owner for anyone trying to do some research on getting their money back. I AM FUMING!!!!
