Order never arrived
I placed order PLC1932 and paid for my order, but I never received it. I eventually had to contact my credit card company and dispute the transaction. I also received an email saying my order had shipped, but the products never arrived. I have also seen other customers complain on social media about orders not arriving, and I have personally seen negative comments disappear. Based on my experience, I would not order from this company again.

No one answers: Lost money and no product
I bought some products two months ago. I have not receive anything. So, I lost money and receive nothing. It looks scam to me.

Hello this company needs to be shut down their taking people money$ never giving the packages and never answering the phones it’s disgusting‼️ I’m glad I’m Not the only one this that has issues with PRETTY LITTLE COSMETICS 🤬😡

Not only my package didn’t come
Not only my package didn’t come - the customer service doesn’t even exist. No one replied to my emails, no one responded to my comments and messages on instagram.

Do not purchase
Im absolutely gutted about this experience. Made a purchase on the website on the 30th of June after a long time of waiting and checking the Shop app I finally had it changed to that it was shipped on 12th of July. I have messaged numerous amount of times through different platforms (email, whatsapp, messenger and Instagram) and either having an AI response stating they'd put me through to a member of staff and never actually do or im blanked all together. I have put through a claim through my bank now to get the money back as for it to be around a month and still not receive anythint is ridiculous.
