Wish I’d checked the reviews. My order never arrived and every time I asked about it, I was told my order had been delayed, did I really want it, and that I needed to confirm again. When I chased the final time the email said they hadn’t started on it order as I’d never confirmed it so it would still be another 20 days. Seems very odd seeing as they took my money when I very first made the order, I had confirmed and I kept chasing. Now missed the birthday date by over a month so I did cancel eventually and am hoping I get my money back

Rated 1 out of 5 stars Updated just now DISAPPOINTED/LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE/AVOID - READ DESCRIPTION PROPERLY If I could give minus 1 would have, originally was googling personalised garden gnomes for a friends 80th birthday and this item came up several times on my search engine(see photo) I then placed it on the 20th August and paid extra £10.99 for fast dispatch. I brought the largest one available £21.45. When I received the item on the 20th August I was really disappointed as felt the product illustrated was nothing like what I received. I have contacted them 3 times and yet to have a reply from them, I posted a review which (funny enough) has not been posted but other subsequent reviews from other people have been (obv all good ones - not negative oddly enough no negative reviews on their website) I appreciate in the description it state acrylic garden stake and I should have read it properly however I was so struck by the photos more than writing. definitely avoid!!! if you wish to see photos please contact me as can't upload them PLEASE NOTE 26/08/26- although company have replied on this website offering a refund, I have received no communication from them and only getting promotional mail shots from them, I have emailed them for a refund and not heard anything back

I ordered a personalised gnome with solar power ....it is made to look 3d on the website but its only 2d. I am so upset as it was for a present. It mentions nothing online to say it is 2d. It took 12 days from ordering to get to me.

SHAME ON YOU!
I went to purchase a fleece Newcastle blanket from Printerval which was advertised for £4.50, 25% off from £5.99. The £4.50 price was only for the DESIGN FILE. The actual blankets were a range of prices, the most being £40+ Why are companies allowed to do this? It's dishonest and deceitful. SHAME ON YOU. I will on principle never buy from your company.

Honestly the worst online company I’ve…
Honestly the worst online company I’ve ever experienced! The item arrived too late the celebration despite having been assured it would. Now useless I requested refund. The support send ‘AI’ emails to pacify, eventually agreeing to refund but ONLY if I cancel the dispute. I did, NO REFUND. I contacted them again and they deny any knowledge as dispute was cancelled. I did whole process again and now they ask me to cancel the dispute again and they will refund! It’s obvious no humans involved and this pattern is designed just to hope that you get fed up and go away! Disgraceful scammers who should be banned from the internet.
