False advertising …
First the reviews on their website are surely fake. You can’t leave a review there. I got three products. The shampoo and conditioner are full of water. All the bottles are significantly smaller than they looked on their website. False advertising.

Bad, especially Sabine
Bad, especially with Sabine. Didn’t warn me about upcoming subscription I didn’t even know I had, because their 1278 steps to cancel turned into a many month pause so they could surprise me with a big charge when I didn’t expect it. Sabine basically told me to kick rocks. Literally never order from them idk what to say

BEWARE, hair falling out and pimples on scalp
I really wanted to like Prose products and had high hope. But after several weeks of use, my hair kept falling out in large amount (a lot more than I'd normally shed!) and small pimples started growing on my scalp. A few would pop up every day. I finally gave it one last try and my hair fell out so much that I had to clean the drain 3 times during the shower, b/c a handful of hair was clogging my drain. This is NOT OKAY, PROSE! After contacting the customer service, same questions are being asked over several email and I'm wondering if it's an AI customer rep or a real person? but I'm done & asked to cancel subscription. My hair shed a lot while using Prose and it feels matte like I just used a lot of dry shampoo on it, there is NO SHINE whatsover, besides the smell, there's nothing nice about the product.
