Stacie at the High St Birmingham City…
Stacie at the High St Birmingham City Centre branch was brilliant. I was unable to book in using the QR code, I queryed it with her and she solved the issue imnediately. From that point she answered all my questions, took my bloods and cleared up any further queries I had. If all customer service was like this the world wpuld be a much easier place. Thanks Stacie.

SANJIVANIP in Liffey Valley Clinic is superb at her job, I have tiny veins and she can locate them straight away whereas other places can have difficulty with that, she is so sufficient and professional I hope she will always be at the Holland and Barrett Clinic in Liffey Valley in Dublin

Most seamless and professional blood test ever!
I just had a blood test at St Paul’s branch and Seema was incredible. No one ever draws my blood easy and she took it with ease within minutes. She is super professional and personable and the lovely lady on reception also. I’m so glad I choose this branch for my Do Health test and now because of their friendly and professional approach I’m defo looking into other services Randox Health offer.
