Terrible - avoid
I signed up to hear more about a course but decided it wasn’t for me. I have asked them to stop contacting me and delete my details. However, they keep sending emails, WhatsApp’s and phoning me. I would like it to stop. I have now sent another formal request to delete my data. I hope this happens. Instead of sending me another email with a student ID I never asked for or consented too.

Completely taken advantage of
This past fall there was some confusion on my class schedule, and I was removed from Ulpan adults one to take the accredited version, however, I never spent one day in that class and I had to pay for a whole new Ulpan be put in the class I was previously in. I am currently an American college student who is using my own funds to put towards my education and at the very least would like to put that money towards Ulpan three if I cannot be reimbursed. I was unsure if I would be transferring to a school in Israel, however, that did not work out as planned, which is why I wanted to be put back into the regular class I was in. In my previous class, I missed a couple days but was fine with that. However, in total I lost about $1000 I feel was not used in a class and was in fact just deducted. I was also charged for a Hebrew Essentials course which already included 1-3, double payed for classes which was $4700 in total. Their salespeople took advantage of me and they never issued a refund to this day. Go somewhere else if you can.

Rosen really listens to its students…
Rosen really listens to its students and is focused on continually improving the learning experience. The teachers are top notch. I highly recommend them to anyone who want to really learn Hebrew!!!

Outstanding Experience with Rosen School
Really outstanding! The class sessions are excellent, and the instructor does a great job ensuring that everyone can participate and that minor differences in proficiency are accommodated. I like the fact that he really pushes me, corrects minor mistakes, and helps me with my accent. I suspect a lot of students don't realize how much time it really takes to benefit from Ulpan. I try to spend at least an hour a day studying and reviewing. The AI tool is phenomenal -- it forces me to spell correctly and helps with small grammatical issues. My son, who lives in Israel, recently returned with his family for a visit. I hadn't told him that I'd enrolled in Ulpan, so I was excited to show off a bit. He was so impressed. He said, "I just speak 'street Hebrew' that I basically learned from taxi drivers. Everybody tells me I sound like a 5-year-old. Even though you don't know as many words and tenses yet, you sound more educated."
