NOTICE OF FIRST MEETING OF CREDITORS URGENT ATTENTION Circulated By Email INTERIORFOX LIMITED NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 586 of the Companies Act 2014 that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above named Company will be held at Grand Canal Hotel, 4 Grand Canal Street Upper, Dublin, D04 X5X7, on 11th June 2018 at 11.00am for the purposes mentioned in Section 587 and 588 of the Companies Act 2014. Forms of General and Special Proxy are enclosed herewith. Creditor’s wishing to vote at the meeting must (unless they are personally due the amount and attending in person) lodge their proxies at the registered office of the company no later than 4pm on 10th June 2018. Comme beaucoup d'entre vous je me suis fait avoir. J'ai commandé une chaise de bureau Eames ea 219 en novembre 2017. Début avril j'envoie un mail pour demander ou en est ma commande, réponse "automatique" il faut attendre un peu.. Puis durant le mois d'avril on apprend que le siteweb est fermé avec un message comme quoi un liquidateur me contactera mi avril (je crois) mais depuis plus rien, personne ne me contacte et le siteweb a même complement disparu. Je ne vois pas comment une personne n'ayant pas de stock, pas ou peu d'employés peu faire faillite? je pense tout simplement que c'est une belle arnaque. Mais ou en est l'affaire? Si quelqu'un connait l'adresse de ce "liquidateur" ca serait le bienvenu. Merci de votre aide
