The quality of the tennis shoe
Not really an experience but I’m giving a review on the quality of women’s sketcher tennis shoes . I just feel that they just don’t add up to other tennis shoes . The only thing I like is how light they are . They are extremely over prices for the comfort ‘ quality and support . When I walk the balls of the bottom of my feet actually burn when done walking . They are definitely not worth $100 spend your money on another shoe and the bottoms of the shoes wear outsoooo fast soooo disappointed 😏😏😏😏😩😩😩

I have been a loyal Skechers customer…Disappointing quality and customer service!
I have been a loyal Skechers customer for several years and own five pairs of their trainers. Unfortunately, three pairs have developed holes in the memory foam insoles within a year, including one pair that had relatively little wear. This has left me questioning the durability and quality of the trainers, particularly given that they cost around £60 a pair. I contacted Skechers customer services and was asked to provide photographs. This involved a considerable amount of time and effort, as I had to take and submit multiple photographs of each affected shoe from different angles, as well as provide proof of purchase. Despite this, my complaint was rejected as normal wear and tear, and initially no refund or goodwill compensation was offered. I explained that I had experienced the same problem with multiple pairs and asked whether even a small goodwill gesture could be considered. I was eventually offered a 25% discount code towards a future purchase. However, I don't feel this is an appropriate resolution when my complaint is about the quality and durability of products I have already purchased. I am genuinely disappointed because I had previously been a big fan of Skechers and trusted the brand for comfort and quality. Unfortunately, this experience has changed my view, and I won't be purchasing Skechers again. If you are considering spending £60+ on a pair, I would recommend thinking carefully about the durability and how the company may deal with you if you experience a problem after purchase.

Experiencia nefasta. Nada recomendable.
Experiencia nefasta. Acostumbrada a las deportivas Sketchers, me animo a comprar las sandalias Sketchers Arch Fit,pues su descripción era idónea para mis pies. Aquí empezó la pesadilla, tras dos usos cortos de los zapatos, me empiezan a doler las piernas y los pies, acudo al especialista y ve el calzado y confirma que los daños son por este. No hacía ni 15 días que había adquirido las sandalias en una tienda y desde Sketchers se niegan a todo,dejándome en situación de desamparo, algo insólito en una marca. La zapatería respondió y aún así, tuve que pagar 5 euros de gastos de devolución. Escuché a personas no estar muy contentas con las sandalias. Yo desde luego tras la publicidad engañosa de la casa, el no hacerse cargo de la situación que les corresponde y demás, de mí que se olviden. No lo recomiendo ni a mi peor enemigo.

wrong sizes, slow service
I'm really disappointed with the service I've received. I placed a reorder for a UK size 9.5, but you've sent me a size 10 instead. This is now becoming a joke. To make matters worse, the original pair of 9.5s were actually closer to a size 10.5, which is why I had to go through the hassle of arranging a return in the first place. I don't even own a printer, so I had to spend part of my only day off going to the library just to print the return label. Now, after all that, you've sent the wrong size again. This level of service is simply not acceptable. I'd like this resolved properly without any further inconvenience. Please let me know how you're going to fix this as soon as possible.
