Misleading refund guarantee and very disappointing experience.
I purchased a subscription for US$49.99 because the pricing page clearly promotes a 7 days risk free money back guarantee if you are not satisfied. Based on that statement, I decided to try the service. After testing the platform, it did not meet the expectations created by their marketing. I requested a refund within the stated period. Only after the purchase and refund request did I discover hidden conditions buried in their FAQ. The refund is only granted if you download almost nothing and avoid certain types of content. These critical limitations are not clearly presented where the purchase decision is made. They promote a simple risk free guarantee at the top of the pricing page, while the real restrictions are hidden elsewhere. Because of these undisclosed conditions, the company refused to honor the refund even though the service did not meet expectations. This is misleading and creates a serious trust issue. If a company is confident in its product, it should not need to hide restrictive refund conditions behind marketing claims. Potential customers should review these policies very carefully before purchasing. update 3/18/2026: I have sent an email to support team.My order ID #1000319233
