Amazing little apartment!
Ramona has been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. I probably felt like a bit of a pain in the arse at times because I asked quite a few questions before and during my stay, but she was always incredibly helpful, professional and usually replied within minutes. I run Airbnbs myself in Tunbridge Wells and really pride myself on customer service, so I completely understand the work involved in running accommodation well — and Ramona has been excellent. The apartment itself is compact, but a huge amount of thought has gone into making the space work. Everything is exactly where you need it, from plug sockets to the little kitchen area, and everything works perfectly. The pull-down bed isn’t the most luxurious bed in the world, but that’s to be expected with this type of setup and I slept absolutely fine. The shower is really powerful, which is a big thing for me! Security is also very well thought out, and there’s a communal kitchen with pretty much everything you could need to prepare meals, although I didn’t actually use it. I came down on my own for five nights and would definitely recommend staying here. I stupidly booked it thinking I was right in the middle of Brighton, but actually I’m really glad I wasn’t — I enjoyed the roughly 30-minute walk into Brighton each day and Hove itself is lovely. Thanks again, Ramona. You’ve been great and made the whole stay really easy.

I ha booked and paid to stay here out of the blue they just cancelled and told me I will have to wait two wks to get any money back, absolute joke I wouldn't bother with the place they ha e no scruples

Great Airbnb with a great location
We had a really pleasant stay in our room (8) in SoBo House Brighton! The location is great, near the sea and near a lot of good cafés and various other places to eat. The room was very clean with cute decoration. We slept on the wall bed and the sofa (converted into a bed) and slept very well on them:) Our host and contact Ramona was really kind and helpful! We got good descriptions about where to find the keys and toiletries and cleaning supplies, so we had no trouble finding them. It's a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. All in all, we can recommend a stay in the SoBo House Apartments and looking forward to our next visit!
