Bought what I thought was a reduced in…
Bought what I thought was a reduced in price pair of Shokz Open Run Pro 2 Bone Conductor Headphones for £98.00 instead of £170. What I received was a Vadoka (never heard of them) Open Run Pro 2 Bone Conductor Headphones which I can get for £32 on Amazon. Absolutely shocking. Have contacted them regarding refund and their stance is this. “ We do not accept unsupported claims that the product is a “cheap copy” or of inferior quality. We have fulfilled your order correctly, and the product delivered is consistent with the item you purchased from our website. We also cannot accept a return request solely based on the fact that you found a similar product available at a lower price through another sales channel. Price comparisons between different sellers or platforms are not considered a product defect or an incorrect shipment. If you still wish to return the product for these reasons, this will be considered a customer preference/personal reason return and will be handled according to our return policy. For customer preference returns, the customer is responsible for: Return shipping costs Original shipping costs (if applicable) Any applicable restocking/handling fees according to our return policy” I would advise if you would like to purchase cheap crap then use this company. If not then check prior to purchase that what your getting is what you searched for in the first place. They’re play on words in searches draws you in. Complete rubbish not worth the money. Avoid at all costs and use reputable sellers. And always check reviews.

Dashcam with issues and no refund/exchange
Worst ever company to deal with ! Received a faulty camera that doesn't switch off and has drained the battery 3 times so far, as I thought it could be something else, but no, it's the camera/charger. After many emails back and forth they offered me $20 discount which is nothing, espcially that I paid in £. Also paid for the express delivery, still it took 2-3weeks to arrive, after chasing them. Wish I checked the reviews before bought the camera, as I saw in on one of the websites, as being a pretty good dashcam. They don't care about returns or warranties, as they simply don't offer any of that once they scammed you out of the money. AVOID ! ! !

Avoid this dash cam
Avoid this dash cam. I purchased a sonovax 4K dash cam on the 3/5/26. It took around 2 weeks to arrive and I paid a qualified auto electrician to install it. After using it for around a week it started to switch itself off/on whilst I was driving. I contacted customer support and explained. After 32 emails going back and forth they offered me compensation of $5 dollars which I did not accept. Today I received a final offer of $20 dollars (I live in London) of which I did not accept. After refusing the offer I then received a final email saying how sorry they were and to have a nice life…(not sure how to take that) so at the end of all the emails I still have a dash cam that doesn’t work and still out of pocket £125.

Received dashcam today 44 emails later. Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Not sure if it even works as it’s not installed yet. Stay well away. Took two months to arrive from China!
