Terrible experience
Terrible experience. They first lost my order, then told me it was apparently an issue with the carrier and that they would resend it. After 4 weeks of waiting, I now have to pay customs fees amounting to almost 50% of the price of my order just to receive my package, even though I was never informed about any additional charges. Between the lost order, the extremely long delay, and these completely unexpected extra fees, this is absolutely unacceptable. I genuinely feel like I’ve been scammed. I strongly do not recommend ordering from this company.

Returns process is a scam! They owe me money.
Ordered a dress only to find out their returns process is to literally post it back to them at my own expense not through any kind of portal. I sent my return tracked to the address listed and they literally just lied and said they didn’t receive the parcel and didn’t refund me! Avoid at all costs, the dress itself was awful fit and quality hence why I was even returning it in the first place! Customer service was awful and took weeks to respond between each email only to just take my money.

I will never buy from this brand again Clothing isn’t the best quality for the price The refund policy is an absolute joke so if your ordering a knitted co ord be prepared to wear it in the pool cus they wont give u a refund as its a bikini and just ignore you

AVOID I would not recommend this company. The clothes I received were extremely poor quality—cheap-looking and not worth the prices they charge. In my experience, even SHEIN offers better quality for the money. The items were also overpriced and did not match how they were advertised. The return process has been particularly frustrating. I expected a refund when returning items, but my experience was that the company refused to provide one, despite my understanding of my consumer rights. To make matters worse, the customer service was awful. I found the staff rude, unhelpful and dismissive when trying to resolve the issue. Overall, very disappointing quality, overpriced products, misleading advertising and terrible customer service. I would not shop with this company again.
