Disgusting customer service
I placed 3 orders within a month totaling £137.92. one box arrived with no protective packaging so two tubs of pringles arrived damaged because they were placed in the bottom of the box with heavy drinks on top. I contacted customer services (which I had to chase up) I provided photos as requested but apparently still not good enough for a replacement or refund. I will not be ordering again from this company & I'm going to return all three of my orders for a refund and shop elsewhere!!

I ordered the £20 one and I didn’t really get what I expected… my order isn’t worth £20 and it supposedly advertised “ 🍭 15-20 Mini Wrapped Candies” I got like 3…

Avoid!
I placed an order a week ago and was told it would be delivered 2-3 working days. Still no delivery. I have e mailed them twice now to ask where the order is and have had no acknowledgement. I have now asked for a refund. If I don't get that I will take this further, not with the company, they clearly just ignore their customers. I wish I'd read these reviews first. Don't use Sosweet!

Ordered 10 items from this shop online, got proof of delivery today but on the label it’s not even my post code and the parcel didn’t look like what I ordered at all it looked like a folded up t shirt in a bag, I put my address and post code in the checking out and paying at the end to top it off it was meant to be delivered by InPost but on the app it doesn’t show what address it’s been delivered to or anything at all, shocking service 👎
