A beautifully designed little airport.
A beautifully designed little airport, which is let down by extremely rude staff. I was shouted at by the staff member at the entry exit point because I hadn’t put my hand on the correct spot on the reader. Then the taxi drivers outside all tried to overcharge us for a short 5km journey to our accommodation. In the end we booked an Uber for a fraction of the price. Also, it lacks enough catering options airside.

Absolutely the worst airport I have…
Absolutely the worst airport I have ever been to and I have been to many. Staff are sooo rude and not interested in their work, no restaurants, bars or water filling stations. In the main hall where check in area is there’s hardly any seats. One little kiosk with rude staff and prices more expensive than Dubai. I know this review will change nothing because people have no choice if they want to go to this part of the world. Management of this facilities should be ashamed of their work.

Dirty airport
I would normally give some credit to airports such as SPU during busy tourist season. However the cleanliness of the airport from outside and all the way in is really bad. From the trash outside airport to dirty check in area, security area, good and beverage to filthy restrooms. Not good. Git to do better particularly given the high season and passenger visibility. Do better!

One of the worst airport lounges…
One of the worst airport lounges I’ve ever stepped into, and I’ve seen some tragic ones. The employees were guarding those three sad little sandwiches like they were the crown jewels of their mother’s inheritance. Honestly, the whole experience felt like a social experiment designed to test my patience and appetite.
