Excellent Customer Support
I had an issue where my computer would not be able to compile shaders and it would end up crashing my games, and Jericho was absolutely amazing. He was super patient and he broke down all the steps to help me update my bios, even though I was nervous to update it. He resolved my issue and was checking in with me even after this she didn’t make sure everything was holding ok Jericho absolutely excellent and I really appreciate star Forge support. It makes me feel like if I ever need anything I can reach out.

Computer is great!
Everything about my computer has been perfect aside from one issue with the drivers that came with it. The AMD drivers had to be uninstalled and reinstalled to get many Unreal Engine 5 games running but this was an easy fix and I can now play anything!

Awesome PC!
Everything about this computer was awesome! I bought the Navigator IV Elite as a gift for my brother , and everything came out well put together and working properly. It runs like a dream and it feels great getting my brother into PC gaming at long last!

Good quality PCs
Awesome PC! It works wonders on games like Battlefront 2, Claire Expedition 33, Arknights Endfield. The shipment was about 1-2 weeks from Texas to California but to be fair it was reasonable. The packaging worked really well to make sure the shipment was safe. Anyway no complaints here since I won the pc from a giveaway! Thanks Starforge systems and Cheeky Soap! <3

I like the idea but the quality is poor
I like the idea and the lian li towers looked amazing. But while that was the case I was expecting, I recieved the other case. The other style has issues from the platelight insert not fitting through the top to swap and the case being easily chipped and the finish is flaking within a month of ordering. Customer service was quick when I sent an email checking up while the order was being processed.
