I needed a Tablet sized Laptop environment
I wanted a tablet sized device but running a proper Desktop OS, trying to avoid Windows and I came across the StarLite 5. Definitely made it to the top of my list and ordered one with Zorin OS Pro. Perfect size/weight and the battery life is great even on Performance mode while multitasking with Socials and using an IDE. Packaging was great, honestly I recommend this device to everyone who is looking for a tablet or laptop

Immediate Support to Address Firmware Issue
A bug cropped up with my particular set up with a firmware update on a Starbook mk VI that bricked my machine. A quick email was sent to Starlabs support, and within less than half a day (they're based in the UK, so purely down to time zone difference), I was already in touch with the main developer. Within another two days I had already received a debug kit they shipped via DHS, followed their instructions with how to dump data from my machine for analysis, and sent them the file. One day later and they already replicated the issue, provided clear instructions with how to flash my machine to get it back up and running, and provided a timeline for another firmware update that addresses the original issue. Overall, a typical experience working with Starlabs support; they really are on the ball with getting issues addressed.

DO NOT BUY Starlabs Starfighter Ultra
Starlabs Starfighter Ultra is problematic. The device is still not there yet, it seems they invested a lot in some parts but went completely cheap in others. The speakers, camera, microphone and other peripherals quality are below even other low budget generic brands in the market. If you try to talk with customer support they will say that is Linux issue but is a brand that sells "Linux certified computers" and blame Linux for the poor hardware or some "incompatibility". I strongly recommend going for other independent brands and don't buy this model, is a lot of money for a non finished product and poor excuses for their bad decisions in the build.

I got the starfighter laptop with intel…
I got the starfighter laptop with intel ultra 5. The design of the laptop is pretty good. Trackpad feels nice and accurate. The detachable webcam is great as I don't use a webcam really. Audio is not great, battery could be a bit better, but could be because of the OS, I'm running PopOS on it. The laptop is very quick and happy to have coreboot and intel ME disabled. All in all very happy user.
