A scam: fake products and ignored emails
Absolutely unacceptable. Misleading products and customer service that simply stopped responding! I am absolutely furious and extremely disappointed with this company. At first it took weeks to receive the items, but when I received them I was in shock. I ordered two pairs of trousers that looked stylish, high-quality and well-made in the website photos. What I received was completely different and honestly shocking. The grey trousers do not even remotely resemble the advertised product. Instead of denim, they are made from cheap sweatpants fabric and have a white drawstring that was not shown in the photos. The colour is completely different, the logo on the back pocket is missing, and there are no labels at all. No brand label, no size label and not even a washing label. The green trousers are hardly any better. The fabric feels extremely cheap, the pockets are made from a plastic-like material, and there are loose threads in several places. The trousers are not even properly finished. The buttonhole has not been opened, so it is impossible to fasten them. These are not small differences in colour or fit. The items I received are clearly not the same products that were advertised on the website. When I contacted the company, they initially told me I had to return the trousers to Hong Kong. This would have cost me more than €60 in shipping fees. It is completely unreasonable to expect a customer to pay that amount to return products that are completely different from what was advertised. After I explained this to them, they suddenly stopped responding to all of my emails. It's been more than a month ago already! I have received no solution, no proper return instructions and no refund. The combination of misleading product photos, extremely poor quality, unreasonable return costs and then completely ignoring my emails is absolutely unacceptable. This entire experience feels dishonest and very close to a scam. I strongly advise others not to order from this company. And an advise to the company: take your responsibility. In this way you're not even worth the one star here.

Les produits commander et ceux reçu sont absolument différents les tailles des vêtements reçu sont également différentes de celles commander. Le délai de réception du colis était de plus d’un mois. Bref une catastrophe!

Handl’ aldrig med dette firma. De følger ikke op på noget, og de svarer ikke på de mail man sender. Dog tog de imod ordre12/6 og pakkede, tog pengene 4 dage efter, og efter ca 1 mdr. dukkede pakken op i dag, hvor der står at den stadig er i transit, siden den 3/7, det var en gave som jeg skulle have brugt for over en uge siden. Men det at de ikke svare det er et no go. Jeg måtte investere i en ny gave øv øv Bruger dem ikke igen

SCAM Please don’t buy there
SCAM Please don’t buy there, it’s obviously scam. First my delivery took 1 month and a half to get in my house. No hole in the pants very bad quality, bad smell. All the products are very small (Like i commanded M size and I receive something like XS). They’re cutting the tag on clothes, so you can’t know the size and can’t be get back the delivery. I get scam. Don’t buy there.

I order for 2 pants and 1 short .Just receive today 1 is good but There os no hole in the pants for the buton what im suppose to do put a knife on it, just to adjust my jean. 2 is not the us order and the 3rd it baby size like small. 200 lbs cant fit in I Recommande the mocha green one. But in XXL it Will be much better. Like great looking pants but stupid people of this site can't do good. They want to do business but they scam clients. Dla marde chinoise poubelles.
