Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Paid £5 delivery for a tee. Followed the size chart and measurements before ordering. The collar of the tee was incredible tight. They didn’t have measurements for this. They don’t accept exchanges and returning costs £6 flat fee. If I want to ordena bigger size, need to pay another £5 and it might be still tight on the collar. Asked for help, very unhelpful answer. I won’t be ordering again from this company.

Worst experience with the worst service. Will not be coming back here. Staff were rude when I was returning clothes due to bad quality material

genuinely grown to like Stüssy 🤷🏻♂️
Hi everyone reading this, over the past few years I’ve genuinely grown to like Stüssy as a brand. The designs are strong and sometimes unique, the quality is generally good for the price, although some pieces still feel overpriced. My wardrobe is practically full of their clothing, but I’m giving 3 stars because I’m not impressed with how the website and customer experience are handled. I think they could achieve much more by offering real benefits for loyal customers, especially those who have spent thousands over the years. The brand clearly has its own identity and stays strict with its approach, which I respect, but receiving no discount, promo code, or loyalty reward after so many orders makes long-term customers feel unappreciated. The packaging though the custom branded paper is a nice touch, xD) No offense, I think most people would agree with me

I really like all of stussy’s designs…
I really like all of stussy’s designs and graphics. What I do not like is the sizing. Stussy used to have t shirts that fit very nicely-boxy, not too snug. But now, their shirts fit like dresses, they are way too snug on the body, and the sleeves are way too long and it just generally does not look good on the body. Despite being the same size and from the same factory, they fit completely different. My old shirt from 2023 fits me perfectly, but recently when I’ve gotten shirts from this year and last year, they just fit horribly. I usually wear a size small, so if I were to size up, the shirt would be way too long and the sleeves as well. If I were to size down (hard because they rarely have xs in stock) the shirt would be way too tight on me. I think stussy should consider going back to the old sizing, and stop trying to focus on long shirts and drop-sleeves, they don’t look nice on anyone.

Customer Support is not existent
\I placed an order but immediately realized I'd made a mistake. I emailed support to cancel, but after receiving no response, I tried their live chat. The agent submitted a request but couldn't guarantee success. When I followed up later, the representative was quite dismissive, telling me I just had to wait and hope. The next day, I messaged support again, only to receive a shipping confirmation moments later. Since I’m in Argentina, half the cost was non-refundable taxes and shipping; I now have the items and hope to resell them to recoup my losses
