Unprofessional customer service

I ordered three T-shirts on Shopee to use for a gym advertisement shoot. At first, the customer service team responded quickly, which made me confident that the order would arrive before the shooting day. Later, they informed me that one of the shirts was sold out and suggested that I change the color. I decided to cancel that shirt instead and asked whether the other two shirts would still be delivered on time. Unfortunately, after that, the customer service representative stopped responding. I eventually called the shop myself and found out that the remaining shirts would not arrive in time either. They told me I would need to cancel the order and place a new one. I don’t mind canceling the order and reordering if necessary. However, I believe this situation could have been avoided if the customer service team had responded earlier and checked the order promptly after I contacted them. Disappearing without providing an update or a solution is unprofessional and caused unnecessary inconvenience. After I discussed the issue with my team and my boss, we placed another order, but my boss’s order was canceled without any explanation. I suspect this may have been because the customer service representative was upset about my review

Cancel order

Unfortunately, my recent experience with this company was very disappointing. I placed an order, but the full cost including shipping was not clearly shown beforehand. When I proceeded to pay via Apple Pay, the total amount suddenly almost doubled. It turned out I would have had to pay nearly the same amount again just for shipping, which was completely unreasonable. I immediately sent an email requesting cancellation of the order. I received confirmation that a refund would be issued. After a few days, I did receive a refund — however, it was not the full amount. Over £20 was missing. I sent another email regarding the missing amount, but this time I received no response at all. Keeping part of a customer’s money without explanation is highly unprofessional. I have ordered from this website before, but the prices and shipping costs have increased significantly, making it no longer worth ordering. On top of that, customer service is extremely poor. I do not recommend.

Your payment was processed through a third-party payment gateway and was subject to currency exchange rate fluctuations and bank processing fees. These charges are determined by the payment provider and the issuing bank, not by our company. When international refunds are issued, the final returned amount may vary due to exchange rate differences between the original transaction date and the refund date, as well as conversion or processing fees applied by the payment gateway or bank. Tempi di consegna ottimi e prodotto eccellente ma non sono stati onesti. Io capisco che è compito del compratore informarsi sui dazi e sul costo di spedizione, ma se 40 euro di pantaloni me li fai pagare 60 per 20 euro di spedizione (con fedex tutto incluso) e poi quando mi arriva il corriere mi chiede altri 30 euro per dazi non sei stato corretto. Nella spedizione era tutto incluso, poteva almeno venir indicato che per certi paesi alla consegna del pacco sarebbe stato addebitato un costo (iva + dazi). Ora pure se facessi il reso i 30 euro di dazi non si possono riavere. Costa più la spedizione che il prodotto, non comprerò più.
