First you enter your measurements on their website, then reach out to the customer support and adjust some of your measurements if need be, then Tailor Store does a final check and make a third-level adjustments and check with you if you want to proceed with the order. And upon receipt of your very first order, if the measurements are off, Tailor Store will replace your clothes free of charge. You reach out to the customer support and make further adjustments and ask them to make sure your adjustments won't make the clothes too tight or too large. In terms of quality and pricing, online wholesalers offer cheap clothes with bad quality, and brick-and-mortar tailor shops offer the same quality as Tailor Store but with prohibitive pricing. The only advantage of a physical tailor shop is that your measurements will be taken on the spot. That being said, Tailor Store’s multiple layers of measurements and checks, and a reliable customer support, handily make up for lack of on-the-spot fitting. Fine shirting
First shirt, I used their sizer, which got my size wrong. They remade it for free to new measurements and let me keep the original. Great customer service, very reasonable pricing, and the shirting is fantastic. If you know your measurements or have the time to go to a tailor, it's a great option with much more value for cost than Brooks Brothers or something else in the segment.
