The most shitty company going , poor customer services, very poor materuals just cheap china crap. Dont anyone buy from them . Also if you buy from ebay make sure it is a english company you are buying from

Team lies!!!!!! They don't give you credit back. They don't give you any kind of credit earned in terms of cash. They always make you play some stupid game where they are going to get more points than you do so you end up having to pay for every single thing that you buy. Even though like myself I am a very good customer I still get screwed in the end even when I am waiting for a refund. I know items that they do not carry any longer. TV was there to take your money one way or another. They lie, they lie they lie. Take it from somebody who has spent a lot of money from timu. They lie. You will never get a refund or cash back for anything that you ordered. They will trick bag you into spending not only the money that you're supposed to get back but more money than you ever thought of spending, just to quote get a deal quote. Total b*******. Save yourself some trouble order from Walmart

95% of the items I have brought of temu in the past year has been utter rubbish nothing's as it's described as poor quality delivery times are to joke. They say guaranteed delivery within two business days. That doesn't happen ever. Your things arrive half of us broken. Good thing about them. You do get a refund and it don't always ask you for the product backed. But did you know the reason they don't ask you for the product back because they know what they're selling is a load of crap. If there's one thing I can say just be careful what you buy from them and read the descriptions very very carefully. And if you buy something and it's described as one thing before you buy it, just take a screenshot of search of as they say it as in the descriptions because I've noticed afterwards if you go back into they're at and go to complain about an order and then you look on the descriptions. Description doesn't match with what you brought to start off with if that makes any sense. If I could get zero Stars I would not happy

Unprompted review, excellent shopping site
This is an unprompted review. I have been aware of poor reviews of Temu and have avoided shopping here until recently. The website is user-friendly, the items are very well priced and users are kept very well informed. Delivery times are variable but if there is no rush the prices are very attractive. If an item does not appear as in the picture I have had no trouble returning items for a full refund and at times have not even had to return the item. Temu does have aggressive offers and I have read these are rather involved so I merely ignore these. My experience has been so good recently that I have felt compelled to write this review as I feel a lot of customers have been put off by previous reviews.

People stay away from this company
People stay away from this company. You have no protection if your order don't arrive to your home. There Customer service is a real joke. I ordered a fire place screen ($104.97) and it never came. They even sent me a picture of delivery, BUT, the screen don't even show in the picture. Now they will not help me, so I am out the money. Do not believe there warranty. Remember, buyer beware.
