9 day delivery time
Ordered a dress for €45...only to realise they had them on Amazon for €15. It says 1 to 3 business days for their delivery...8 days later with my daughter asking over and over again about the dress, multiple emails to the company...and it still hadn't arrived... Ordered one from Amazon instead which arrived the next day. Unbelievable considering this company is only across the water. Requested a refund due to lies and poor customer service but not surprisingly got nothing. I neded this dress for my daughters creche play day and she didn't have it leaving her so disappointed. Stay well clear of this online company, based on my experience of the service they don't deserve a penny of your hard earned cash

Would recommend!!
Delivery can take time and that is made clear on the website, but my order arrived sooner than expected. The quality of the costume is really good and my son is now officially Spider-Man and won't wear anything else. I would recommend using a size converter on google, it worked for me and it fits my son perfectly! I did have a query for customer care, they responded really quickly, and were super helpful! Will definitely order again

Coming from china
The items never stated they would be sent from china. I ordered coming up to 2 weeks ago and tracking still shows in china. I wouldn’t have ordered from here if I would have known how long it would take. Advertises to be shipped within 3 days but doesn’t mention delivery will be a lot longer!

Check expected delivery date before ordering
Items haven’t arrived yet so I can’t comment on that. But I wanted to make customers aware to check the estimated delivery date before you order. I am not happy about the shipping information available during the ordering process. The items I ordered are being shipped from China and will therefore take 3 weeks.
