Scam - bait and switch company
The website says they need 1-2 business days to process an order. I placed my order on Thursday. I get an email saying you order #3576 is confirmed ... and also said we're experiencing delays so please keep that in mind. Classic bait and switch. Get people to place and order, then send an email saying there are delays. They have not responded to my two emails asking about my order that I sent the following week. I will be disputing this charge through my bank and they will get slammed with fees so they don't make any profit. Scam company.

Don't trust this company!
I, Synthia Maxwell, ordered 5 dresses on March 13, 2026. They still had not shipped on April 14. When I emailed them, their customer service rep, "Melissa," stated that two of the dress sizes in my order were not in stock and they should arrive very soon. I waited and waited. Nothing. I requested a refund and Melissa said she would "be happy to issue a refund." Today is May 9. I still have not received a refund! Unbelievable! This company is a scam! Don't trust it!!!

Bought one piece to test them and ended up ordering again a week later😄 Everything arrived exactly as pictured and the quality honestly surprised me in a good way.

Said they’d refund and ghosted
Placed an order and the order did not ship. I reached out to support and they said they ran out of my size and issued me a refund. I checked the site and all sizes are stocked. I’ve asked them to place the order again, I still haven’t received my refund, and I’ve followed up every day without a response.

I wasn't sure what to expect, but I ended up loving what I received. The quality was nice for the price, and I've already worn a couple of the items out and gotten compliments. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase.
