They remove important stuff of your address
I use a shipping forwarder to receive packages, so my shipping address has a unique ID; well... theyeete.com decided that it wasn't necessary and they shipped my package without my ID... thank god it wasn't returned or something.

Above & Beyond Customer Service
I've been shopping at The Yetee since 2021 and absolutely love their daily tee's and their whole vibe. I have ran into issues with packages but not on Yetee's part. USPS doesn't play well with with return to sender problems. Luckily Yetee's customer service is amazing. I had applied a forwarding address with the USPS that for some reason didn't work and my package from the Yetee was unfortunately returned to sender. Yetee agreed to reship my order on them but still the package had not been received. Eventually shipping updates stopped and I just gave up on the package. Yetee went above and beyond and rather than having me wait longer for the package to eventually make it's way back to Yetee they processed a reshipment order to my new address. 100% recommend The Yetee to anyone who wants unique fandom merch and clothing. If anything does go wrong Yetee will have your back.

Perfect Customer Service
I am a trans woman, and I used my new first name when I ordered T-shirts from the website. Unfortunately, since my ID documents still list my deadname, I was unable to pick up the package. Customer service then reshipped the two T-shirts to me free of charge, using the first name that would allow me to pick them up—they responded quickly and didn’t ask any intrusive questions. Excellent customer service and top-notch T-shirt quality!

Yetee can be trusted!
I received a defective product, and the Yetee team went above and beyond to help me understand my options, and get a replacement. This was my first experience with them and I'm very satisfied. I'll for sure be shopping there again.
