I placed 1 small order and was sent goods I did not order and have been charged on my PayPal who have refused my claim even though I have provided all the information. This co. Is an absolute disgrace and more so, I'm more disappointed in myself for falling for it. They agreed a partial refund weeks ago and I've chased but just keep getting automated email responses back. They're an absolute nightmare and j am almost £60 out of pocket. Shame on you too paypal, you have been absolutely no help!!

I really don't know how this company stayed in business. they are day light robbers help them selves to your money I ordered one item and received 3 of the same and have been charged 55.52 pounds out of my PayPal account PayPal don't want to know so this firm just helps itself to your money Do not order from this firm

Placed an Order with Thisfitts Limited.
I placed an order for 1 item in January 2026, and I received more items than I ordered. I have been charged for order no 4029357733, three prices £22.76, £22.76 and £26.82. This firm is taking the micky out of us, DON'T use them, you will never get your money back from Thisfitts Limited. I am putting a stop on this firm just in case they try again to get money out of my Bank Account.

In haste, I placed an order without checking on first....Big mistake!! This so-called company also goes under the other name of CASYVO and is a complete and UTTER SCAM who will charge you more than advertised, and then BLATANTLY LIE throughout your purchase. They will assure you that you are a valued customer and then carry on CHEATING you. Their website shows a Trust Score of 4 with 913,653 reviews. It would appear that this is yet another BLATANT LIE and part of the SCAM. There is no way to view any of these reviews. Even Norton flashed up a red warning and suggested it was a scam online shopping site!! I exchanged over 20 emails, but their replies, when they came, were all delaying tactics. They sent tracking details from China which would appear to be FAKE, and it took nearly 4 weeks for the parcel to eventually arrive. When it arrived, I noticed that it had, in fact, been posted 2 days previously from Manchester with 48 Hour tracking. When I tried to return this useless item they would not accept posting it back to Manchester, but insisted that the only way for a refund was to return it to address in China, which would cost more than the price of the item. If you google THIIC FITTS Ltd or CASYVO you will find multiple sites that expose them for what they are. Unless you want to be fooled like me .......... AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Less than that I too ordered one item…
Less than that I too ordered one item was sent two and charged for three. Can you help me try to get my money back? A total of £74.91 is what I was charged. Should have been£32.35 I have been through pay pal and they can’t get any joy from them. Can you advise me please Regards S Webb
