The clothing is good, shipping costs are terrible
The clothing is good, but shipping items in many different packages and paying shipping on each piece, is ridiculous and adds on close to $75 more on your credit card on shipping. It happens if you order 1 or 2 items and is beginning to feel like a scam.

Ordered items for my granddaughters…
Ordered items for my granddaughters birthday and went 100 miles one way to pick them up. The store knew nothing about the order. We worked with Sierra, which as it has turned out is the only good thing about this experience. We waited for the items and were provided 4 different delivery dates over 12 days. FedEx the shipper was totally useless they simply give you the tracking info that is on line. Contacted Torrid and the have no idea where it is. Asked them to reship and they couldn’t, so they refunded. Problem. I provided my info to set up an account to get a special savings on the items, I am on their mailing lists. I got credited back my special pricing which doesn’t help, missed my granddaughters birthday, and still have to go and see if I can find a Torrid store where I can find her items. That requires at least a 200 mile round trip. Then pay regular retail and they still have my F ing info on their system which has my debit card number, now open to hacking and I am going to spend the time and money that I could have done before the fiasco. Use them at your own risk but you might check their reviews.

The review process is very complicated…
The review process is very complicated and you have to pay to return items. My leggings were very small and did not fit at all! Will not order from Torrid again!

I tried to purchase 2 items online with Torrid’s and it declined my card which I know works because I had just used it so I went into the store and did the same purchase online at the store with cashier and my card was canceled I WILL NEVER DO ONLINE PURCHASE WITH ANYONE ACROSS THE WORLD AGAIN ITS UNAVAILABLE HOW YOU CANT EVER TALK TO SUPERVISOR !!!!!

I’ve trusted TORRID for years
I’ve trusted TORRID for years. I bought my jeans there and they’re good quality jeans. They last me forever and I bought some blouses there but mostly the workout bras and the leggings and they’re good quality. I don’t know what people are talking about but I go in the store to pick my clothes. I don’t order online and the Customer Service is excellent. They’re there to help you find what you need. I’ve been happy this tour that I go to is in San Jose. It’s on Coleman Avenue and the employees are very kind. I asked them if they have one in Manteca because I’ll be moving next year they said they didn’t but maybe Stockton that’s how much I love them. I’m willing to drive to Stockton or back to San Jose to do my shopping because their quality is still good and if anything rips like underwear things like that what do you expect when they’re lace and their G strings you gotta wash those by hand, but my clothes I have no complaints.
