I bought A white sandal clog 30MM Crinkle leather about four months ago I wanted Fir summer for almost four hundred dollars The worst shoes the worst experience With any shoes in my whole life and I am Very very sad and disappointed at Tory Burch I bought so many purses shoes and watches And clothes from Tory Burch never had this horrible experience the first time I put it in So painful so injured my both toes on top got scared from bleeding the leather is not leather in my opinion it’s the thick plastic from hell shame in you Tory Burch never ever again

Customer Service is beyond poor
It’s quite embarrassing for a company as large as Tory Burch to have such poor reviews about customer service. I have just experienced this first hand and looking at the reviews I’m clearly not alone. I returned an item back in July using a QR code issued by Tory Burch and it was accepted by Royal Mail and it was scanned as it left London and then arrived in Birmingham where it has been stuck for over a month. I provided my proof of postage and they have been beyond terrible and slow to deal with. They acknowledged that I provided valid proof of postage and that the item was accepted into Royal Mails network. They have provided no update and I have followed up on 3 separate occasions and each time they say it’s being looked at internally and nothing more. I have demanded a refund and asked for a complaint to be escalated and they do not even bother to acknowledge any of this. UK consumer law is very clear that in this case the retailer is responsible once I send the return back and I have fulfilled my duties. I will be submitting a chargeback with my bank and I will no longer deal with these jokers. It’s a shame as I’ve bough quite a lot of stuff from TB but they will no longer be getting any business from me.

I ordered shoes with a gift card
I ordered shoes with a gift card. They are undeliverable because Tory Burch sent them to the wrong shipping facility. I can not get a refund and I can’t not get my shoes. Customer service the WORST….. just lost $200….. buyer beware….NEVER order directly from Tory Burch. The entire company sucks & I will never purchase their product again.

YesTory Burch: Luxury Prices, but the Customer Service Fell Far Short
I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I have received from Tory Burch. I contacted customer service regarding my order because I was issued a $240.75 eGift Card refund, but the link provided does not work. I had already spoken with a representative earlier in the day and was told that a new link would be sent. Tonight, I contacted customer service again. At 9:55 p.m., the representative asked for my full name, and I immediately responded, “DL” Yet at 10:03 p.m., the chat was ended with a message stating, “We haven't heard from you.” That is simply unacceptable. For an upscale, nationally recognized brand such as Tory Burch, I expected professional, attentive customer service—not repeated follow-up, a nonworking refund link, and then having a customer service chat closed when I had already responded. I should not have to work this hard to access a $240.75 refund that Tory Burch has already acknowledged is owed to me. This experience has been frustrating and far below the level of service I expected from the Tory Burch name.

I never received my order
I never received my order, even though it shows as delivered. I contacted customer service, but they did not provide me with a solution. DHL says the package was delivered and that they can only file a claim. Tory is the one who can see all the details and is able to help resolve this issue. I just want my package, a refund, or a reshipment.
