ZERO STARS: Don't believe any of the procedures or overhaul service steps they have listed on their websites. They do not follow any of these procedures. There is no initial inspection or assessment by an expert watchmaker when your watch arrives. They'll just quote you a flat fee without even laying eyes on your watch and I know this for a fact. They also don't provide 100% genuine factory replacement parts like it says on their website. They will quote you for an authentic replacement part and then six weeks later they will install an aftermarket non-authentic part and still charge you full price for authentic. This happened to me I purchased a replacement Hamilton crown for $95. They ended up installing an aftermarket crown because they couldn't locate a Hamilton. And still charge me $95. They shipped our extremely important 57 year old family heirloom in a small watch box they put inside a larger 12x9x3 inch FedEx box with zero bubble wrap. The watch got lost in transit for five days and during that time my late step father's vintage watch bounced around inside the bigger box like a pinball. And when I finally received my watch, of course it was not working properly after the unbelievably incompetent way they packaged it. And after all the terrible experiences, the back and forth, and the excuses, they never once apologized or offered any kind of compensation, and they never once took responsibility for any of it. I'm guessing whatever TWR rep that responses to this negative review is going to do the same thing, not take any responsibility for one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. I've already found a way better watch repair place I've taken two other watches too. And they were so great! I left them a five star fantastic review. Don't trust your important time pieces with this company Total Watch Repair. There's so many more details, emails, and information I'd like to attach to this review but it would be another 4-5 pages long. Anyways, I kept all my receipts. I hope this helps.

Amazing service and repairs!
Amazing service and repairs! I needed to send my 1980's Eco-drive watch to get the Capacitor fixed and it took less than 2 weeks when Citizen said 45 days!

I am very disappointed in my experience. The service price was different than I was originally quoted. The service was slow. My watch was shipped to me by FedEx and was lost for several weeks. Total just blamed the delay on them. I paid for service that included return shipping. There should have been a better customer service reaction to my situation.

The product quality is significantly below expectations and does not align with the descriptions provided junk.
