As a vendor
As a vendor, Touch of Modern still owes my company an outstanding balance for products shipped and invoiced earlier this year. They paid initial deposits but never remitted the remaining balances, despite invoices marked "due on receipt." I sent written payment demands with clear deadlines — no response at all, though their site and marketing emails to customers continue running daily. This is the second time I've experienced non-payment from this brand under different ownership. Years ago, under a previous ownership structure, my former company was owed a much larger amount that went unpaid after a company restructuring. Touch of Modern has changed hands multiple times since (CSC Generation → Multiplier Capital → Elshair Companies), and each transition seems to leave vendors holding unpaid invoices while the brand keeps operating uninterrupted. I'm now pursuing this through small claims court. If you're a vendor considering working with Touch of Modern, I'd get everything in writing and think carefully about extending credit terms.

If you notice TOM does not have long…
If you notice TOM does not have long standing suppliers. They offer products from vendors who ship the orders in behalf of TOM. TOMS pays the vendors 30 days after the item is shipped. Only they don’t pay there vendors but collect payment from their buyers (customers). By the time vendors realize they are not getting paid for the shipped goods the vendors have already shipped dozens if not more goods in behalf of TOM. Once the vendors realize a this the stop shipping orders. This is why customers complain about long shipping times or no product delivered. TOM then move on to a new victim (vendor)with new products and repeats this fraudulent cycle until this mew vendor catches on. We are a victim vendor a few years ago with unpaid invoices worth over $20k. I’m amazed that the state officials are still allowing this business to keep committing the scandal.

If I could rate it less than a 1 star…
If I could rate it less than a 1 star than I would. I just received a purchase I ordered 7 months ago and it’s not even close to what I ordered. Then looking back at my order history I still haven’t received an order I made in 2019. The status says shipped. This all has to be a joke. I had to laugh when I noticed that after receiving my recent order from 7 months ago. Good luck to anyone that rolls the dice and buys something from this site. Absolutely hysterical.

This company was once pretty good
This company was once pretty good. Not so much now. 4+ Months for delivery; the last purchase I gave up on, they do not even list that I ordered it. Buy at your own risk or throw your money into the garbage for better results.

Should have read reviews b4 ordering
Should have looked them up before ordering. My experience has been as bad or worse than the other reviewers. It has taken over a month to even get feedback on my order, and supposedly it has been waiting on the shipper for 2 weeks. Don't know where these folks are based, but suspect not very local. If this is the experience on the front end, imagine if there are any issues w the product when, or if, it arrives.
