Absolute scam company. Order some boots ovef a month ago. No tracking updates and every email and message I have sent has been ignored. Do not buy from this company

My recent experience has been…
My recent experience has been disappointing. I ordered shoes and followed the size guidelines, but they were still the wrong size. I requested an exchange over a week ago and haven’t received any email with instructions. I’ve also had no response to my follow-up email or my website enquiry. I called twice and left a voicemail, but still haven’t heard back. This is very different from my previous experiences with this business, when communication and customer service were great. I hope they can improve their response times and get this resolved.

Good customer service, follow up and understanding!
I ordered some Demonia's before Christmas for an event. It took longer than I thought it would and reached out to the team where they followed up with the parent company. Due to no fault of there own, it was delayed. Tragic beautiful reached out, apologised and upgraded my shipping to Express and crossed fingers that it would get to me in time. It did! The team at Tragic were transparent about the issues but also kind and understanding about my anxiety. Will be shopping there again 10/10 suggest others to do the same!

Great small business!
I am not on social media, but wanted to leave a review for Tragic Beautiful. 1 week ago, I bought a pestle and mortar from their website, and today it was delivered. To Ontario, Canada. They packed it and shipped right away, it came SUPER fast, and their price including shipping from the other side of the world was the best I could find for this particular item design! I have literally waited longer for letter mail to be delivered from within province. Great little company, would order again!
