I would like to put a 0. My mother had a flight and was redirected to this number and they charged her 148 and I disputed the amount with her bank. Shame on them for ripping my mom off. I hope their asses get caught and they go out of business since they are frauds and fakes.

Mistaking airline ticket agency for United Airlines
I had a medical emergency on the day of travel, July 16, 2026. I woke up unable to bear weight on my right leg, and was unable to walk. Canceling at the last-minute was chaotic and my sister-in-law thought she was calling United and speaking to a United representative. The very helpful person (Salvin) who assisted me in rebooking my flights (1 domestic and 1 international) never once mentioned that he was working for an airline ticket agency, and not United Airlines. I was so grateful for his patience in assisting me, until I realized when my credit card charge came, that I was not speaking with a UA agent and was actually duped. Upon checking United's airfares for July 24, 2026, it seems Salvin took advantage of my crisis and charged me double what I would have paid, had I cancelled directly with UA, and rebooked my flights at a later date. As it turned out, UA only charged an additional $215.58 for the cancellation and rebooking. Had I simply cancelled and rebooked at a later date, cost for 2 people for the rebooking would have been $1, 468.00. Instead, I was charged $2, 699.00.

If I could give a minus 10, I would. Similar to others here I had received a notice from American Airlines through British Airways saying my trip had changed and I had three choices accept change, book a new flight or cancel. I went online to find the BA number where I had booked the flights and believing I was speaking to a BA agent changed my wife’s flight, initially an agent named Sydney was very nice and came back with a booking that was more expensive by over $400. I figured it was because the new flights we more expensive. I’ll make this short after she booked the flights for $2,800 on American as the fights are BA code share flights she mentionedI would see two charges on my credit card. The next day there were two one for. $1382.23 for American and one for $1403.99 to Travelation. Bottom line they took my wife’s $2,300 premium economy ticket put her in main cabin and charged her $1403.99. You can not trust this company. Chase is sorting this out and getting our money back. Always ask if you are speaking with an actual airline agent.

I looked up Delta customer service…
I looked up Delta customer service phone number, but it gave me their number. Thinking I was talking to Delta airline Seven proceeded to tell me changing the flight would be free but flights had gone up to $400. When I said forget it. He said he could do it for $199. Believing him that the tickets went up I paid. When I saw the fee was not from Delta and tickets had not gone up, I realized I got ripped off. Trying to call them back is another nightmare. It hangs up or tries to offer you medical devices .

Scam. Do NOT believe any good reviews. They pretended to be Expedia when I needed to cancel a flight. I think they came up when I googled Expedia. They offered me a $590 voucher for American Airlines flight cancelation if I paid them $300. I thought that’s better than what AA was offering me. I took the $300 deal and they charged me and canceled my flight but no voucher came. Expedia has no record of me calling them.
